Manzano started his career as a commercial model for clothing brand, Human. He later pursued his TV hosting and acting career under the ABS-CBN management. He is also known to be the longest active VJ on Myx channel. He is best known for his role as Roldan in the television series Komiks Presents: Flash Bomba.
