You know how we love it when a guy makes us feel like we’re the only girl in the room? Apparently, it works the other way, too. Jack, an online entrepreneur says: “It's in the eyes. The way she makes eye contact, and how her eyes furl and sparkle when she smiles, convey a genuineness that makes me look forward to more. This, coupled by the ever so slight biting of the lower lip, is a natural aphrodisiac.”

A Good Heart and a Goddess Body

JJ, the self-described “cook/GRO of Pinoy Eats World,” could practically be the spokesperson of the male species when he says: “What makes a girl hot is if she's gorgeous but doesn't act like the universe should owe her and bow to her for being so pretty. She should have a good heart, apart from her looks. Funnily enough—I appreciate a girl who's got a great body and wears something ‘sexy’—but it's the girls that are super sexy that don't try so hard to flaunt it that really get to me. A good heart, humility, killer hot looks and a goddess body—THAT'S SUPER HOT!”

Body Parts (you know which ones)

Anton, an engineer who shuttles between London and India, gets even more specific. What would get his attention: “Honesty, humility, integrity—and really big boobs.” In revealing or subtly sexy clothes? Anton replies, “For me, subtly sexy. But really, I’m a guy, [what she wears is] not that important, and anyone who says otherwise is lying.” Meanwhile, Douglas, a marketing executive, admits he couldn’t care less about a girl’s cup size, but what drives him wild is, “when her butt looks really good—you know, that perfect, rounded shape—in a pair of jeans!”

It’s not always about T&A. There’s something incredibly sexy about a girl who can let go of her inhibitions, laugh out loud, and more importantly, laugh at herself. It’s no surprise that Miguel, an advertising executive who can churn out clever one-liners at the drop of a hat, is naturally attracted to girls with “a biting wit and sense of humor.” Imagine the sexual tension as you trade flirtatious barbs. Sparks will fly.

Simplicity and The Chinita Factor

Aside from wit, Miguel gravitates towards girls with “An appreciation for simplicity. Also, I have a soft spot for chinitas.” Ton, a grad student, also lists “chinita” as one of his ultimate turn-ons. Perhaps it’s the charm of ‘smiling eyes’ that turn up at the corners? But going back to “simplicity”—basically, it’s code for “I don’t want to date a high-maintenance princess.” Guys want the ultimate hottie—the pretty girl who can be ‘cowboy,’ who can be one of the guys, who is delighted by the simplest gestures, and looks fascinating while eating a slice of pizza with her hands.

Meanwhile, Seph, a stylist and blogger, is attracted to simplicity in its most demure extreme. His definition of hot? “A girl who has a good sense of humor and still acts like a ‘dalagang Filipina.’"

Pancho, a music video and commercial director who recently walked down the aisle, is describing his new bride to a T when he lists his hottie indicators: “A sense of humor, a pretty face, and a good imagination.” Before you get any kinky ideas, Pancho expounds, “[A good imagination] makes for interesting conversations, original thoughts, and unpredictable detours.”

Jon, a marketing-savvy businessman (Styles Entertainment) who just got engaged to his host/model/baker girlfriend, shares, “She has to cook or bake real well. Also, what’s good is if she looks good in my boxers. That’s what got me to propose to Patti!”

When a woman is comfortable in her own skin, sex appeal practically oozes from her pores. Migs, a photographer with a seemingly intuitive understanding of women, attests, “Confidence is what makes a woman hot. Confident women have nicer smiles, can seem to pull off what they wear better, and are comfortable talking about different things. Oh, and it helps if they have long, thick hair and nicely toned bodies, too!”

There’s a reason why we’re bombarded by shampoo ads of girls with long, shiny, healthy hair—like Migs, it’s what most Pinoy men love, and therefore, what girls aim to achieve. Of course, girls who are truly confident will rock their preferred hairstyle, no matter what any guy thinks.

Smart Yet Sweet

Ton, the chinita-loving grad student and old-fashioned romantic, shares that he’s instantly charmed by “girls who are intelligent, yet sensitive and caring.” Like Migs, Ton is turned on by confidence, but interestingly enough, what gets him really stuck on a girl is when she allows herself to be vulnerable. “The most attractive feature in a girl is when she can make me feel like I'm her knight in shining armor.” Sometimes, what makes a girl hot is her ability—whether consciously or not—to make the men around her feel hot!
